  3. Our private certifier works closely with Council to ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to the commencement of any works.
  4. The CEO of Boutique Style Homes, Doug Misipeka, project manages every job personally. Doug is available to meet during construction hours, or after hours by appointment.
  5. Doug is a fully certified Registered Builder (Licence # 70389) and has a First Aid Certificate and Bluecard Certification for your peace of mind.
  6. Doug believes communication is essential to successful project management. He will respond promptly to any questions you may have throughout the construction process.

  8. As proud members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), we provide you with a fixed price HIA Contract which includes our agreed commencement and completion dates, specific inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and additional details.
  9. Throughout the construction process, we operate in accordance with a work method statement that ensures compliance with Workplace Health and Safety protocols.
  10. Whenever possible, we perform general clean-ups before leaving the construction site each day.
  11. Your new home is built to high quality BCA standards and covered for 6.5 years from hand-over by a QBCC structural warranty insurance policy.
  12. You are welcome to use our in-house architectural services, or we can review and construct from your proposed plans.
  13. We offer a complimentary consultation service to clearly understand your ideal outcome. We will provide feedback and suggestions towards bringing your dream home to reality.
  14. For a small additional quoted fee, we can provide realistic renderings, sketches, and perspectives to allow you to clearly visualise your project early in the planning stages.
  15. To eliminate any potential misunderstandings or unexpected cost overruns, all changes must be confirmed in writing with us.
  16. As soon as construction is complete, we provide a professional cleaning service to make your new home look its beautiful best.
